A Better Baba and THE PRINCESS
This is THE PRINCESS. It was three years ago today that THE PRINCESS moved away.
This is me, Mommy says I am a princess;but, Sylvie was and is THE PRINCESS.
Baba is a lot better after much rimadly, and each day he seems improved. He is walking now, but his hips aren't well. He stopped liking his K/D, so Mommy is looking for some recipes for doggie food. He isn't throwing up, or having G/I issues;so, it isn't kidney stuff. He must eat to combat the kidney issues that can develop from not eating. He is alive now, and he is still present. She will be making a Toggen loaf for him, but if anyone knows of any great recipes. Please let my Mommy know.

The big party

Mommy is to busy
I am much upset, as my Mommy has spent time wrapping presents for other people.
I got a special UGA loofa, and I have already taken one squeaker out.
I want Mommy to play ball with me, and all she is doing is wrapping stuff. I am planing my party. I think it might be the first of the new year because I just couldn't reserve space at the Swan coach house any earlier.

Night three
Here we are night three. I got a glance at my big pressie. Oh boy, it will so much fun to play with. Mommy said I must wait.
Mack and I wanted to sing again. Thank you for listening to us sing. Mack wanted to get all dressed up. I had already taken off my fancy dress before the flashy best appeared.
We kindle these lights [to commemorate] the saving acts, miracles and wonders which You have performed for our forefathers, in those days at this time, through Your holy priests. Throughout the eight days of Chanukah, these lights are sacred, and we are not permitted to make use of them, but only to look at them, in order to offer thanks and praise to Your great Name for Your miracles, for Your wonders and for Your salvations.
Mack and Sally Ann
Its night two
Mack and Sally Ann's favorite menorah, and the one we want.
Were singing, can't you hear us.
Wait, Mommy said you can't hear us. Oh no, I will write what we are saying.
1. Blessed are You, Lord our G-d, King of the universe, who has sanctified us with His commandments, and commanded us to kindle the Chanukah light.
2. Blessed are You, Lord our G-d, King of the universe, who performed miracles for our forefathers in those days, at this time.
Mommy helped us to show y'all these words at this website.

Happy Chanukah
Hello, Happy Chanukah.
This is me at my Barkmitsvah. After all, I am 13 in human and older in doggie years. I tried to sing this song for y'all, as I did say the arftorah. Then, Sally Ann said y'all can't hear me. So, I put the words down for y'all. Mommy found a great website, http://www.chabad.org/holidays/default_cdo/jewish/Holidays.htm, that helped me find the words.
V'al Hanissim
And [we thank You] for the miracles, for the redemption, for the mighty deeds, for the saving acts, and for the wonders which You have wrought for our ancestors in those days, at this time—
In the days of Matityahu, the son of Yochanan the High Priest, the Hasmonean and his sons, when the wicked Hellenic government rose up against Your people Israel to make them forget Your Torah and violate the decrees of Your will. But You, in Your abounding mercies, stood by them in the time of their distress. You waged their battles, defended their rights, and avenged the wrong done to them. You delivered the mighty into the hands of the weak, the many into the hands of the few, the impure into the hands of the pure, the wicked into the hands of the righteous, and the wanton sinners into the hands of those who occupy themselves with Your Torah. You made a great and holy name for Yourself in Your world, and effected a great deliverance and redemption for Your people Israel to this very day. Then Your children entered the shrine of Your House, cleansed Your Temple, purified Your Sanctuary, kindled lights in Your holy courtyards, and instituted these eight days of Chanukah to give thanks and praise to Your great Name.

Party Teasers
I've been in a dither getting ready for this party. Now, Mommy just needs to get the pictures all ready. I trust her, and I just know they will be perfect.
First, we will eat here on Friday night.
Then, all the out of town fur - people will stay here at the dogaruu.
And here, when we are not doing something:
The girls and I will be going here for some facials and pedicures:
Then we'll go here for lunch:
Mack is going to take the fellows to the park, and then to Outback.
Then the out of towners can go back to Dogaruu for a rest. About 7, Mommy and I will swing by and pick everyone up and we will go to the Club house to party.
After a fun night of eating, singing, and chasing;then, Mommy will drop everyone off at Dogaruu.
The next day, we will all go Waffle house before we drop everyone off at the airport.
So, there is the teaser. Please send me your photos, if you want to come to this party.

The Party itinerary
Howdy Y'all,
This is Mack. Sally Ann is in a dither, as she wants to be hostest with the mostest. So, I am responsible for the itinerary.
Well, everyone is to arrive on Friday. If you are from abroad, then you can stay at the dogaruu hotel. Our condo is quite small. We will all eat pizza Friday night. The next day, the girls will go to Spa Sydell, and then the coach house to eat. I'll take the guys to the park for some running, and then we can go to Outback, the steak house. After a rest, we'll pick up everyone at Doguroo, then we'll go to the clubhouse. We'll have steak, chicken, shrimp, salmon, pizza, veggies, and other fun foods. We'll exchange gifts, play chase, and have a karaoke night. (I think that some doggies like to sing) The next day, we'll eat at Waffle house, and then take all our friends to the airport.
Sally Ann wants to call the party, the British Saddle coat party. So, if you are of British origins or you have a Saddle coat, you can come.
Sally Ann needs to know how many plates to order. So, let her know if you are interested. Doguroo is a great doggie hotel.

Opps, Mommy said what. . .
I was getting ready to go and order food, and then Mommy reminded me of one thing. Welshies and Airees are very similar looking. Then, I thought that Hootie might like to bring his sissy, and Taffy might like to bring Molly and Monty(if he would like to go), and then Dyos might like to bring Faya. So, after much consideration, a party is more fun with more fur people. So, if you are an airedale or a welsh, and would like to come to a Welsh/Aire Christmas party let me know. You must be Welsh or Aire. I have been warned about a certain female Lakeland who has two brothers. If you happen upon her, please tell her I can hostess well.

The Christmas Ornaments, and a special party
Mommy just loves the ornaments, but she didn't make them. This is where she got them.
http://www.gonetothedogsga.com/
Also, I am going to host a party. A Welsh Christmas party. If you are a welsh doggie, then you are invited to a Christmas party. If you live abroad, you can make a weekend of it. You can stay Dogaruu. We can go to Stone Mountain, eat at my favorite pizza place, and then have a fun party at my house. So far, I know of only five welshies that blog. Well, let me know.

Sally Ann the Cook
First we made the dough sticker.
Then we put the dough on the trays.
I had to tell Mommy the proper way to put the cookies on the tray.
After all, they are doggie cookies, and I do qualify as a doggie. Well, sometimes, but most of the time, I am Mommy's princess.
I get to lick the spoon
Mack gets to lick the spoon also.
Now, the oven.
It was a really long wait, but they came out ready to be eaten.
I even let Sally May smell them. She is wearing her special Christmas collar.
Next, we put them in the press in seal wrap, and were done.
Mommy has given me a new back pack. She got it at a Christmas party tonight.
I'm tired from cooking, so I am going to rest now. It is hard to help Mommy cooking.
Mommy found some special Christmas ornaments, but I ask her to wait until I could help her show them off. So, Tomorrow.

Mommy is to busy
Hi y'all.
I, Sally Ann, must complain that Mommy hasn't helped me blog this week. I must complain.
She claims she has been busy. I don't quite think so. Well, I helped her today. We have been baking, so tomorrow we will have pictures of lots of Toggens. Today Mommy and I went to visit Penny, Patches, and Poppy. Mommy made some Toggens for them. They said they were tasty.

Going to the Groomers, and recipe plus
Mommy forgot something about the recipe. You see, she has never written it down.
You need to blend or use a food processor to mix the veggies with the canned beans. Or better yet, you can use your crock pot. Mommy is a bit lazy, so we use the canned unsalted beans.
Then, you can add water, Mommy uses brita water, but you can use any type you like. The purified water seems to keep the recipe the healthiest.
Then, you just mix the flower mixture, which has the tofu blended with it, with the veggies and beans.
Mommy has never really written it down, so it was a bit fuzy last night. Or, well, I thought.
I got groomed today, now I am all smooth and clean.
I made a new friend this past weekend. She has a mission which is a secret that she knows, and I know;and, soon a certain German doggie will know.

The Christmas Cookie recipe
Howdy Y'all, I am licking my licks just thinking about my cookies. Here is the recipe for the Toggens.
To is for Tofu
gg is for fresh veggies
ens is for beans
Mommy created the recipe from two recipes. One in a book and one from the canine kidney website.
One part fresh veggies(Mommy said organic is good, but the veggies don't have to be organic). Mommy and I are using two yellow bell peppers, two orange bell peppers, three yellow zucchinis, three green zucchinis, one bush of broccoli, five tomatoes, and some carrots.
An equal part Garbonzo bean flower
Two or three cans of unsalted beans, were using Garbonzo and black beans
Cod liver oil, not a lot, but enough to keep the dough moist. It's healthy and it keeps the dough moist.
14 oz of Tofu
(Mommy uses some powered doggie electrolyte stuff to help Mack. After Sylvie died of Kidney disease, Mommy wants to make sure that Mack lives comfortably as long he can.)
If you are really feeling fancy, you can make a tofu cream - like topping. You can use red bell peppers or green bell peppers to give it a holiday color.
Generally, we bake them at 15 minutes per cookie sheet at about 350. They can be balls, cookies, cut out cookies, or anything.
They taste like a doggie garbonzo cookie, and they are edible for humans.
We will have pictures of the finished product soon.
