Sad News

Mommy has been sad today because she found out about Star today. She has spent last night at the doggie hospital, and she is spending tonight there. Luckily, her mommy, one of my grandmommies, came back tonight. Here is the bad news, she has kidney issues. The vets were nice, they didn't say the words "renal failure;" but, for the vets to keep her this long, she is quite ill. They want to get her B.U.N. and other items down from her kidney panel blood work.

Mommy is sad because Sylvie died from this disease. She lived for six weeks after her diagnoses. She was almost 17 years old. Mommy even had a sweet 16 party for Sylvie. I didn't exist then, but Mack told me it was fun.

    We are so sad to hear about Star. We continue to send positive energy to ease her pain and help her fight. Sally Ann your birthday is still important and you should celebrate life and all your wonderful blessings...maybe when you blow out the candles you can make a wish for Star. Please give your mom extra love and ask Mack to help keep mommy from too much sadness.
