This is Workout Wednesday, so we took pictures of our workout.
This is my coach. Mack tells me to "run."
So, I run outside first.
Then I run some more.
After, I stretch inside.
Then I run inside.
And I run faster and faster.
Finally, were done. I love to exercise with Mack and Mommy.

Hi Sally Ann!! My best form of exercise is chasin' stoopid Scruffy all over the yard and makin' him run faster and faster...it's rather amusing and it burns the calories faster that way....

Dad and I go to the park on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays for extra long runs...and we go for nightly neighborhood walks...AND I am dad's workout coach when he uses the exercise equipment. It keeps us all healthy...and fit, right?
