Teddy Bear Time

Hi y'all, I am a wee bit nervous because this is my first blog. My name is Charlie Bear. Here I am:

I've lived with my Mommy for at least 17 years. Here is a picture of us in her freshman college dorm room.

Mack and Sally Ann told me they have a blog, and when I ask if I could write;they said yes. Every Monday, they said I can write.

They told me they gave their doggie friends a cute award, and I got jealous. I wanted to send a special award to my fellow teddy bears. After thinking, I know I'm not afraid of doggies;but, some Teddies are because not all doggies are as nice as Sylvie, Mack and Sally Ann. Sylvie was Mommy first doggie.

So here is my Beary special award.

I want my good friends to have this.

I'm in the middle. My moose friend Silky is on the right. George, the paler one, Little brown with the red heart, Buster next to Little brown. Peter is next to Buster, and then there is Mucky. He is Mommy's most favorite moose. He sleeps with Mommy every night.

I wanted to show y'all what I do during the day. I had to sneak to computer now because Mack and Sally Ann are already asleep. I had a good bear nap today, but I'll be in bed asleep very soon.

First we read other bear blogs:

Then we have bear time, so as to talk about the blogs we just read about.

Mack wanted to join in. He is very social.

Finally, we read a book together.

We prefer teddy bear books.

Well, I will see y'all all next Monday.

Sleepy Sunday

Hi Y'all. It us, Sally Ann and Mack.

This is us with Mommy. We've done absolutely nothing today, but we are going to help Nana pack later.

So soon, you will be seeing more of these little cousins of ours:

Betty, the sometimes scary cat.

Bob, who could be Bugsy brother, from The Kitty Krew. Bob has more white on his face than Bugsy. They both have boots, white front feet, and whited tipped tail. I'm sure Bugsy is just as sweet as Bob.

We wanted to give our new friends an award for being friendly and sweet, and we signed our card, Lord Duncan of McDuff and Sally Ann Canis.
Mack's show name is Lord Duncan of McDuff, and my name started out as just Sally;but, somehow, by the time I was six months old, I was Sally Ann. I live in Atlanta, so I suppose, as Mommy says, I have traditional southern name. My blogie last name simply means dog. Mommy has joked that Bob could be called Caligula because he has boots.
Bye Bye,
Sally Ann

Mommy and her car

Hi Y'all. Sally Ann and I are perplexed.

This is the problem we have been dealing with:

Apparently, Mommy's car is not to old, but the air is out, a window dosen't work, and every couple of weeks she have to put water in something to stop it from beeping.

We don't like riding in a hot car.

What will become of me, will I wilt away. Alas, what will happen to the car. Will we have a new car that is not a hot car?

Well, good night. Mack

Thoughtful Thursday

Hi Y'all, this is Mack. I have been thinking, as the weather is not dry or sunny here. I wanted to show y'all what we think about when we can't go outside.

First something fun to think about, I love it when Mommy reads to me. Sally Ann also likes Mommy to read to her. Especially on days when we can't really walk a lot outside.

One of my favorite rainy day books is "Mcduff moves in."

I like it for three reasons.
1. Mcduff is part of my show name, Lord Duncan of Mcduff. I've never been a show dog, and I can't anyway because of my ears. Oh well, I'm just a Momma's boy.
2. There is a little white dog in the story, and I am a little white dog.
3. Sally Ann is a terrier, and I love her;but, don't tell her.

Sally Ann also likes this story because she says Mcduff is very cute, and she thinks the coconut herbal bath might be nice.

Sally Ann and I both love this story, Angus and the cat.

We like because there is a little dog in the story.

The next story, Mr Cookie Baker, is another of our favorites. We love cookies, and any book about cookies is ok by us.

Sally Ann loves, Hands are not for Hitting, because she is in the book.

There is Sally Ann.

Another of Sally Ann's rainy day collection is a girly book.

Barbie Fashion show fun, uh.

Sally Ann likes to think about her BFF, Kitty.

Oh Tanner, if you are not attached, Kitty is single.
She has a special friend, but if you play your cards right. She could be your special friend.

Well, I must go and supervise while Mommy empties the dishwasher and folds clothes.

Workout Wednesday

Hi everyone, this is Sally Ann.
This is Workout Wednesday, so we took pictures of our workout.

This is my coach. Mack tells me to "run."

So, I run outside first.

Then I run some more.

After, I stretch inside.

Then I run inside.

And I run faster and faster.

Finally, were done. I love to exercise with Mack and Mommy.

Thankful Tuesday

Hi Y'all, this is Mack. Sally Ann and I were given this wonderful award last week, but Mommy didn't really know what to do. So, a wee bit late, but we wanted to nominate so new friends for this great award.

It translates to, "Your blog is like a pearl - rare, delicate and charming!"

Thank you so much Taffy!

The rules are to post the link of who sent the award to you.
Award 6 blogs with pearl and emotion.

This is really hard because we love everybody's blog - they are all special.

We choose:
  1. Bob T Bear (esq.)'s Diary
  2. La vie trépidante et mouvementée de Faya et Dyos aussi !
  3. Hana the Dog
4. Ezzy Riders and Jaggers Adv...
  1. Buttons BeCause
  2. Ender the Eskie

Also we would like to thank Teddy for the lovely eating award.

"When accepting this award, you must blog about the food you have stolen when your humans were not watching. If you have never stolen any food, you must have been a really good pup! You can accept this yummy tray of cookies as your reward! Next add the logo of this award to your blog (optional), then nominate at least 5 other furry blogs and let them know by leaving a message on their blogs."

I once stole a whole sandwich, yes a whole sandwich. My Nana was fixing a tuna sandwich, and she went to answer the phone. I being the ever so hungry eskie man, stood upon my hind legs, and then I pulled the two pieces of bread of the counter. It was the best sandwich ever.
Sally Ann eats cough drops. She doesn't counter surf, but she night stand surfs. Mommy puts a cough drop in her mouth at night. Sometimes, she leaves one the night stand the next day. Sally Ann checks every morning, and sometimes she gets lucky.

I would like to nominate:

Hana the Dog

La vie trépidante et mouvementée de Faya et Dyos aussi !

Ender the Eskie

Go with Gus

I'm Ralph!

So, thank you Teddy for this wonderful award.

Today being Tuesday, I wanted to write about what I am Thankful for:

My sissy, but don't tell her.

Mommy, and my big sister Sylvie, whom I think about every day.

This is me and my big sister.

My bed, which I sleep on with Mommy and Sally Ann.

My reading time and my books.

I really like my books.

This is my most favorite book.

I like this one also.

Sally Ann likes to read, and she is thankful for that skill.

She likes Elmo.

She likes Clifford also

Sally Ann is thankful for her toys.

Add Image

Sally Ann wanted to also to tell the world, she really does spinach leaves. She is grateful for spinach. Girls, go figure.

One last thing we are thankful for is Food:

I have to eat special food, but I am always grateful for food.

Bye Bye,
Mack
